General Marine Services has a comprehensively equipped machine shop with manual and CNC lathes, milling machine and drilling machine.
The machining department can create parts or components from a customer's specifications, be it a sketch or computer file.
General Marine Services can work with a range of materials, including:

- cast iron
- bronze
- all grades and alloys of steel
- all engineering grade plastics (Nylon, Acetal, PTFE, PEEK, Orkot, Nyloil and UHMWPE).
